Using this website
The information on this site is general and provided for convenience. It isn't a diagnosis or a quote for your specific RV. Please don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to interfere with how it works.
Service requests and estimates
Sending a request doesn't create a booking until we confirm a time with you. Any price we give is an estimate based on what we know at the time; if we find something different once we see the rig, we'll talk with you before doing extra work.
On-site work
Because we're mobile, you agree that we may access your RV at the location you provide and that you have permission for us to work there. Please make sure the RV is reachable and safe to work on.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Parts ordered specifically for your job may not be returnable.
Text messaging
By opting in, you agree to receive texts from us about your service request and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Washington law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Washington consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
